City Hall Parking Lot
This year will be located at the city hall parking lot. Lots of new and exciting things are in the work for this year's celebration. The community is invited to participate. Bring your vehicle, decorate it for Halloween, and pass out candy to all of the kids. Stay tuned for more details.
