Surreyya Hada

Director of the acclaimed Dangerous Beauties dance troupe and Co-director of Troupe Scimitar Surreyya is a highly sought after performer and instructor. She sings in English and Turkish, and dances regularly solo as well as with several world fusion and rock bands. Surreyya’s performance is full of excitement, and is inspired by Egyptian, Turkish and American Tribal flavors of dance.

 

A passionate and creative performer, she also incorporates props (sword, cane, snakes, veil, finger cymballs) into her repertoire and has won several prestigious dance awards. She has performed and taught internationally, and is a staple at many dance festivals. She has performed for Cirque du Soleil and is an annual entertainer for Apple, Sandisk and Yahoo corporations. Surreyya thrives on audience participation, often giving impromptu lessons and adding a comedic twist to her performance.

Rose Harden

Rose Harden, multi-talented artist and Tribal Fusion belly dancer, has been a passionate member of the vibrant San Francisco performance community since 1999. She approaches performance as an extension of her visual arts training, crafting with intention, a unique experience for the audience.

 

Rose has contributed her artistry to the innovative concepts, costuming, and choreography to influential dance companies Ultra Gypsy, which she co-directed for 3 years, the Barbary Coast Shakedown, Beats Antique and the Bhoomi Project, Goldstar Dance Company and co-directs Dangerous Beauties Belly Dance.

Terry

Terry is a well known SF Bay Area dancer who has been dancing since childhood. In the first chapter of her dance story she was a hula dancer, then schooled in the classics. Next chapter found her performing as a “Dream Dancer”, touring with DeAnn and Light Rain. In the next several chapters she was a featured dancer in the premiere Arabic nightclubs in SF. Entertaining royalty, celebrities and opening for famous touring singers. In 2011 Dangerous Beauties crowned her Cleopatra.
